Rebecca has been working in the mental health setting since 1997 in various roles including Case Manager, Rehabilitation Counsellor, and Residential and Programme Manager. She is a trained counsellor, a certified Psychiatric Rehab Practitioner (USPRA), and a Registered Social Worker accredited by the Singapore Association of Social Work (SASW).

In her current role at the Anglican Care Centre (Simei), she oversees the running of its Rehab and Employment Services and supervises peer support work. She also supports the development of peer support work in the Singapore Anglican Community Services (SACS). Part of her work involves staff training in areas such as Adapted Clubhouse Model and Recovery Focused Practice. Rebecca also facilitates staff self-care and resilience support groups.
